You pay for people who handed in work

Only hand-ins: Somebody who starts and stops is not counted. Every hand-in comes with its own report.
Empty hand-ins are stopped first: A hand-in below the basic filter cannot be submitted, so it never becomes a report or a charge.
Applicants are never turned away: Past the plan's allowance the sprint stays open; the extra are billed at the plan's own rate.

The hand-in button only turns on once all three are true. Until then the applicant is told exactly what is missing, and nothing is counted.

A written account of the work
At least 50 words (100 characters in Korean) on what they made and why. Links and files go beside it, not instead of it.
Worked with the team
At least 3 messages to the colleagues or Jello during the sprint.
A CV
A CV, or their history entered by hand — every report opens with how it reads against the role.
A hand-in that only just clears the bar is still read in full — and a thin piece of work shows up as thin in its report, so it sinks to the bottom of the shortlist rather than taking your time.

How do the 3 free reports work?: Add a card and the reports for the first 3 hand-ins are free, on any plan. Billing starts from the next one.
What happens if we cancel Team?: You move to pay as you go. One sprint stays open and the rest close; sprints, reports and applicant records are kept and stay readable. Carried-over hand-ins are lost.
We run a graduate intake with thousands of applicants.: That is Enterprise: an annual contract with a per-hand-in price set by volume.
Can we change a sprint after people have applied?: Status and dates, yes. The task and the criteria lock once somebody starts, so everyone is compared on the same work — copy the sprint to change them.
Do applicants pay?: No. Applicants never pay.
