CoSprint Terms of Service
Effective 2026-10-08
These terms govern use of CoSprint (the "Service") provided by CT Corp. ("we"). The Korean version governs.
1. Definitions
- Participant: an individual taking part in a sprint
- Business customer: a company that opens sprints for hiring
- Sprint: a task built on a business customer's real problem, or a challenge we pick
- Hand-in: what a participant writes and submits in a sprint
- Passport: a participant's record of sprints and AI analysis
2. Changes
We post changes 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes against your interest).
3. Participants
Participation is free. You must be 14 or older and give your real name and email.
When you hand in, the record stays on your passport and reaches the business customer that opened the sprint. Applying for the role is a separate choice you make at the end.
4. Business customers and fees
Business customers pay according to the plans shown in the Service; payment, cancellation and refunds follow those terms and applicable law.
Business customers must not ask participants for information unrelated to hiring, and are responsible for complying with hiring laws, including Korea's Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
5. Rights in hand-ins
Copyright and other rights in a hand-in belong to the participant.
The business customer that opened the sprint may view and use a hand-in for hiring review only. Any other use needs a separate agreement with the participant; neither we nor business customers will require participants to assign their rights.
6. Confidential sprint material
Participants must not disclose or use a sprint's brief and material outside the sprint. You may keep and show your own hand-in, but not republish a company's non-public material.
7. AI features
The Service uses generative AI. AI conversation, virtual colleagues' replies and analysis can be wrong; we do not guarantee their accuracy.
AI analysis supports hiring decisions; people at the business customer make them.
8. Prohibited use
- Taking part under someone else's name or email
- Abnormal repeated access or excessive use of AI features
- Submitting unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights
- Reverse engineering or circumventing security
9. Changes to the Service
We may change or suspend the Service for operational or technical reasons and will give notice of major changes.
10. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, a user's own fault, or a business customer's hiring decision, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
