CoSprint Refund Policy

1. Monthly plans

Cancel any time. You keep the plan until the end of the month already paid and are not charged again. Months already paid are not refunded.

2. Annual plans

• Cancel within 7 days of payment without having used the Service and we refund in full. Not used means no hand-ins in AI hiring and no reviews created in AI performance reviews.
• Otherwise we refund the amount paid minus the months used, re-priced at the monthly list price. Any part of a month counts as a month.
• The annual discount assumes a full year, so this is how it is settled on early cancellation.

Example: an AI hiring Team plan paid annually at ₩2,988,000 (₩249,000 a month) and cancelled in the third month is refunded ₩2,988,000 − (₩299,000 × 3) = ₩2,091,000.

3. Per-hand-in charges (AI hiring)

• Once a hand-in is submitted and its report produced, the charge is not refunded — the AI work behind the report happens at submission.
• Hand-ins below the length and effort bar are stopped at submission and never charged.
• If an outage meant you never received a report, or one hand-in was charged twice, we refund that amount.
• Hand-ins included in or carried over on a Team plan are not refundable in cash and lapse on cancellation.

4. Free allowances

Free reports, free seats and similar allowances are not exchangeable or refundable in cash.

5. When we are at fault

If the Service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours through our fault, or we shut it down, we refund the unusable period pro rata or, if you prefer, extend your plan.

6. How to ask, and timing

Cancel in the Service or email support@ctcorp.ai with your company name, the payment and the reason. We process the cancellation or refund within 3 business days of confirming the request; when it reaches your card depends on the card issuer.

Tax invoices already issued are corrected with an amended invoice.

7. Statutory withdrawal

Where a customer is a consumer under Korean e-commerce law, the statutory right of withdrawal takes precedence over this policy.

8. Your data after cancelling

Cancelling does not delete data. AI hiring sprints, reports and application records stay available. To have data deleted, ask us to delete the account: we offer an export and delete within 30 days.
